first back in 1993, the city had adopted a law that created an 8 foot bubble zone around anyone who is within 100 feet of any abortion business, on january 30th, 2013, i was cited two times in violation of the bubble zone for blocking a white zone, both of the violations were dismissed. second, around four or five months later, planned parenthood filed for a permit for a white zone that would prevent me for parking my life truck that was covered with posters of the innocent aborted babies the permit was granted. three or four months later they filed for an amended white zone that would prevent me from placing any standing posters on the white zone it was granted. on august 13th, 2012 i was cited in violation of the amended white zone for obstructing the zone, violations are pending, fourth, now a 25 foot bubble zone to make it difficult for a prolifer to communicate with the patients by considering what i just stated doesn't this look like a well planned process by planned parenthood and the city of san francisco to eliminate justifiable free speech. this is concludes what he asked me

there are more robust ethics laws in los angeles that we have not yet implemented. san diego has a clear rule about when certain individuals need to disclose lobbying activities. thirdly we know that proactive enforcement is key to making reform successful and i'm committed to advocating for resources in this years budget process. i want to thank the city attorney and the staff and advocates for better ethics in good government . as well as for lobbyists and organizations playing by the rules and who believe others should play by the rules as well to quickly summarize the reforms , .that we are introducing their cover various areas first of all in the area of lobbying ,these amendments would expanded definition; it also would tighten broad exceptions that currently allow for most lobbying activities by attorneys and lobbing about city contracts to go unreported. we also have provisions to address reporting requirements for permit expediters and certain developers of significant projects in san francisco. we already currently have laws in the books for permit expedit

unable to participate in those discussions consistent with my obligations under the open government laws which is unfortunate because i wanted to be involved in negotiations and the discussions. you know, it is this, and however many other hearings that we have had have really brought to the forefront a lot of the very, very legitimate and understandable anxiety across the spectrum, in terms of home owners, fee owners and tenants about the affordbility crisis in our cities. unfortunately and this is not true for many of our public commentsers, but we have some commentary about this legislation on both sides. where the other side gets demonized. tenants are viewed in a certain way, tic owners are viewed in a certain way. and you know, the fact is that whether you own a tic or a condo or a single family home or a tenant we are all san franciscoans and as i said in the past hearings, many of the tic are long term renters who manage to scrape together a down payment to purchase a home. whether that was a wise move or not a wise move, that is what we have. and i appreciate the sentiment to he
